Walking the streets of West City was really starting the drag on. In just six short months pretty much everyone knew who he was now that he had taken down all of the previously large criminal elements. Almost every single crime boss in the city was sitting behind bars, the freedom and power they once fought for so hard, stripped away from them. Asmoskon didn’t really care about running a criminal group. Robbing people and selling weapons didn’t interest him. He only did what he did because criminals were supposed to be strong. They were supposed to push other people around and be the most free. That’s what he wanted, never to be told what to do or forced to live by some stupid code.
Some in the city saw him as just another criminal while others saw him as a vigilante, one thing was always the same though. Those that knew him were terrified of him. The fact one man had taken down hundreds of criminals was enough that even the police of West City were scared to cross his path now. It meant he didn’t have a challenge in the city though and that’s what was so boring now. As he walked down the street though Asmoskon saw a decent sized group of people gathered together. Walking over to the group while wearing the normal black hoodie up to conceal his appearance. Only really wearing it that way hoping that someone would pick a fight without knowing his identity.
The group was surrounding two men. One dressed like one of them old school martial artists with black puffy pants and no shirt. The other was making it a point how strong his friend was and how if anyone could last even a minute against him they’d win two thousand zeni! It was a decent wage enough to feed him until tomorrow. So Asmoskon stepped up and stood there for the full minute. Flexing his body his muscles became as dense as steel preventing this little man’s strokes from doing anything against him. His clothing concealing his figure would appear almost like a gimmick if it wasn’t for the man becoming enraged with what was happening. A single punch straight to the man’s face sent him several feet back.
“I’d like my winnings now.”

Ah West city. Only slightly loss hot than East city. Those were Impo's initial thoughts of the concrete jungle. After the debacle in Satan City that totally wasn't his fault, he had decided to investigate the demon city another time, when the mortals stopped caring about the forest he created to avoid capture. Hopefully that wouldn't be too long. Humans had short memories, right? Impo shrugged to himself, as he walk along the roof of a skyscraper. By the time he had entered this new location, the sun had already set, letting the moon start to rise. It was a pleasant moon, bright and full of energy, even as a crisp wind blew past him, cooling him down.
Impo was skipping along the concrete business towers, whistling a jaunty tune. It's one that he remembers, but can't quite remember where he learned it. He has an open umbrella in his hand that he's swinging around, twisting and spinning it in circles as he moves along. Earth certainly has changed since he last visited. How long ago was it now? Six hundred? Seven? He couldn't quite recall when he was last here. The thought saddens him a bit, causing him to look up to the sky. Was his memory not as perfect as he once thought? Just how much has he forgotten over the centuries? Just how much would he remember by the time he died? It was a scary thought.
Well now he wanted something to take his mind off such a depressing topic. Using his Ki sense, he decided to see who the strongest mortal in this city was. A little ways away, the Kai could feel a power that was much higher that normal. With that in mind, he used his Kai Kai to teleport over towards the energy. He appeared above a group of humans, most of them forming a circle around a pair, one decently strong, and the other being the energy he had locked onto in order to get here. He arrived just in time to see the man nearly cave the other man's face in. With a horrified gasp, Impo dropped from the sky, gently landing next to the downed human.
Ignoring any surprised reactions, knelt next to the injured fighter, cradling his head in his lap, placing his now closed umbrella on the ground. "Shh, it's okay, don't you worry. You'll be alright." Impo whispers to him, stroking his head. His free hand touched the ground, and a small wave of green grew from a small crack in the concrete. Several fruit bloomed from the newly formed plant life, and Impo grabbed one of them. A delicious red apple, ruby red in color, and looked almost too pure to be real. He placed the fruit against the man's lips, and moved the man's jaw, forcing him to bite into it. Suddenly, the man's eyes shot open, before he dug into the fruit with gusto. Impo laughed as he got up. "Don't choke now, it's not going anywhere except your stomach."

Well this wasn’t something that he had been expecting to see that was for certain. He had expected this to just end now with his receiving the decent amount of zeni for beating this side street bitch easily. It wasn’t right to call him scum for trying to swindle people out of their money, in Asmoskon’s opinion for a few reasons. Shouldn’t really blame him for it when it ultimately came down to whether or not the people that took him up on the challenge were biting off more than they could chew, which would make it their own fault.
The other reason was simply that he wasn’t really all that good. He was the one asking to be fought, acting as if he were unbeatable yet in a single strike the man was laid flat out on the ground with his cheek bone crushed inwards. He was pathetic and as such received the punishment for biting off more than he could chew. What came next though was what really caught Asmoskon off guard. It wasn’t normal for someone to be able to just drop down from the sky or a building top and land easily on the ground. Of course Asmoskon knew he could accomplish it, but the way this strange looking man moved as different. Asmoskon in the few moments afterwards just assumed this guy was experienced at using his ki.
He was ready to collect his zeni and head to his new favorite food shop, a small ramen shop not that far away where the bowls were all astronomically amazing in flavor. Back to the situation at hand though Asmoskon was caught off guard after only just returning to it when he saw the rise of plants from the pavement. This guy was doing something Asmoskon had never heard of with his ki. Then to make matters only more confusing the man that had been knocked off his pedestal was back to good condition after just eating a single bit of the plant. “Healing someone with ki?” Asmoskon kept his thoughts to himself yet his confused look would more than likely tell the elf looking man what he was thinking.

After the man was healed, Impo let him scurry away in fear. It wasn't natural what he did, but as long as he was healed, that's all that mattered to him. The Kai stood up and faced the human who inflicted the injury. It was a man of average height, only a tad shorter than himself. He had hair of a similar shade to his own as well. One of the big differences between them, however, was that this man was jacked. His body was like a well build machine, looking like he could tear people in half. Still, as tough as the man looked, Impo could only judge him harshly for his actions.
"How could you do that to another person? He clearly didn't do anything to you, so why would you hurt someone like that?" He asked, genuine worry in his voice. He couldn't stand something like this happening. Pointless violence? He couldn't see why all these people were out here, fighting and hurting each other for what? Money? Fun? Fighting for fun was one thing, but caving in someone's face? That was more than excessive! Impo pointed his hand at the pale fighter. "Violence isn't the answer to all of life's problems! If you think it is, then I dare you to try and knock me down!"
He challenged the man to try and change his mind. He wanted to see if he couldn't convince this person to become better than this... this... fight ring! There are better ways to live life than this! He's changed plenty of minds in the past, and some mortals needed to see that sometimes their power doesn't fix their situation. Maybe this mortal would be the same, or maybe not. Impo had plenty of time to wear him down and out. Impo took a stance, holding his right arm behind his back, and his left arm forward, with his hand in a fist. If the man did back down, then that would be good, and he would probably just fly away.

“Didn’t do anything to me? These two were confident in his strength so they’ve been making money off of it. I just happen to be stronger than him. If you really want to be upset about something, how about the fact you just healed someone that no doubt hurt way more people than I have.” Asmoskon knew no doubt that with this man being healed now it would be no time at all before the both of them were back at it. He didn’t really have any sort of issue with what they were doing though. It was just another way to gamble just instead of betting on the chance of cards, slots or dice you were betting on your ability to fight.
Asmoskon yanked the zeni from the announcer's hand and placed it in his pocket. That zeni was by all rights his now that he had defeated the fighter. What he wasn’t expecting though as he turned to leave was a challenge from the strange elf asshole. Asmoskon knew that he was hungry and could go for some ramen, but his inner demon pulled his attention away from his stomach. He lived to fight and finding a challenge was growing more and more difficult. This guy had shown he could use his ki at least which meant he might be a decent challenge.
“So you claim violence isn’t the answer then try to prove it’s not with further violence. Not the brightest elf on the shelf are you?” Asmoskon chuckled to himself and then rushed forward delivering a straight kick aimed at the center of this guy’s chest. He was certain he’d be able to either deflect or grab his leg with his arm extended so if that happened he was ready to hop up and kick outwards with his left similar to a drop kick.
